Amber Smith was attending a Labor and Delivery education class at North Alabama Medical Center this past Saturday. During the video portion of the class, mothers were watching a video about childbirth. Amber says that’s when her water broke – during the scene where the woman’s water breaks on the video.

“I couldn’t believe it. I said, ‘Did that really just happen?'” said Amber.

Later that night, she gave birth to twin girls, Annabella Josephine and Briella Adaleine.

“It was a miracle I was here. I tried to get in last month’s childbirth class but it was full. If I wasn’t at the hospital for this class, I had a trip planned to go out of the area,” said Amber.
