This class will be taught by a licensed mental health professional. New mothers will learn how to maximize emotional health & wellness. Other topics include bonding with your baby, how to ask for help and ways to adjust to your new life as a mother.

This class is FREE! Classes usually meet on the second Tuesday each month in the third-floor classroom at North Alabama Medical Center.

Registration and referral is not required.
